Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PathfinderGM ("the service"), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PathfinderGM is a tool for Pathfinder 2E game masters, including AI-assisted text generation. The service is provided "as is"; we may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Pathfinder is a trademark of Paizo Inc. PathfinderGM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Paizo.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to harm the service or other users, and not to misuse the AI to generate prohibited or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some features consume credits. Credits are purchased in advance via our payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited without refund.

Credits pay only for AI processing (AI-generated analysis and text). Pathfinder game content — creatures, spells, rules, and lore — remains free to access.

You retain the rights to the content you create or import. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you provide and for keeping your own backups.

AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Verify important information yourself. The service is not a substitute for professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. The service is provided without warranties.

You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
