Accuser Agent

Creature 9 — human, humanoid

Accuser agents might be high court advocates, official spymasters, or innocuous adjutants delivering important messages to magistrates, generals, officers, or mercenaries. They have ample latitude in matters of government security, though they sometimes have little oversight. When their findings demand an official response, accuser agents present cases before national tribunals or in royal courts. Larger societies rely on those with the authority and the ability to interpret and enforce laws. So

Debilitating Sneak Attack — The accuser agent's Strikes deal an extra 3d6 precision damage to Off-Guard creatures. A target who takes this additional precision damage also either becomes Enfeebled 1 or takes a –10-foot status penalty to its Speeds until the end of the agent's next turn.
