Abilities

Bark Orders (auditory) — Chief Sootscale pushes other kobolds under his command to fight harder and more bravely. Until the start of his next turn, all kobold allies within 30-foot emanation{30 feet} of him gain a +1 status bonus on attack rolls and saving throws against fear effects.
Sneak Attack — Chief Sootscale deals an extra 1d6 precision damage to Off-Guard creatures.
Unbalancing Blow — Whenever Chief Sootscale critically hits and deals damage to a foe with a Strike, the creature struck is Off-Guard against his attacks until the end of his next turn.
