Abilities

Mental Bind (mental, occult) — **Critical Success** The creature is unaffected. **Success** The creature takes a –10-foot status penalty to its Speeds for 1 round. **Failure** The creature is Restrained until it Escapes. **Critical Failure** As failure, and the creature is overwhelmed with guilt, becoming Stupefied 2 for 1 day.
