Abilities

Deflecting Cloud — Ixamè also gains a +4 circumstance bonus to AC against the triggering attack.
Frightful Presence (aura, emotion, fear, mental) — 90 feet. DC 26 Will

A creature that first enters the area must attempt a Will save.

Regardless of the result of the saving throw, the creature is temporarily immune to this monster's Frightful Presence for 1 minute.

Critical Success The creature is unaffected by the presence.

Success The creature is Frightened 1.

Failure The creature is Frightened 2.

Critical Failure The creature is Frightened 4.
Mist Vision — Fog and mist don't impair a cloud dragon's vision; Ixamè ignores the Concealed condition from fog and mist.
Void Healing — A creature with void healing draws health from void energy rather than vitality energy. It is damaged by vitality damage and is not healed by vitality healing effects. It does not take void damage, and it is healed by void effects that heal undead.
Breath Weapon (poison, primal) — Ixamè breathes a cloud of poison like that emitted from Terwa Lake that deals 11d6 poison damage in a 40-foot cone (DC 29 Reflex save).

She can't use Breath Weapon again for 1d4 rounds.
Cloud Walk — Ixamè can tread on clouds or fog as though on solid ground.
Draconic Frenzy — Ixamè makes two claw Strikes and one horn Strike in any order.
Draconic Momentum — Ixamè recharges her Breath Weapon whenever she scores a critical hit when making a Strike.

2nd Obscuring Mist
1st Gust of Wind (At Will)

SniperLAND / AERIALDraconic Frenzy and cloud walk force constant repositioning from enemies, creating firing solutions for a Sniper at range.
FlankerLAND / AERIALHigh fly speed and Draconic Frenzy threaten from any angle while a Flanker exploits gaps in the disrupted enemy line.
