Yuni

Creature 7 (unique) — ghost, incorporeal, spirit, undead

WeaverCrasherAERIALundeadghostincorporealspirit

The ghost commoner is an ordinary person who believes they died unjustly, usually due to foul play or betrayal. When some mortals die through tragic circumstances or without closure, they can linger on in the world. These anguished souls haunt a locale significant to them in life, constantly trying to right their perceived wrong or wrongdoings.

Abilities

Site Bound — A typical ghost can stray only a short distance from where it was killed or the place it haunts. A typical limit is 120 feet. Some ghosts are instead bound to a room, building, item, or creature that was special to it rather than a location.
Rejuvenation (divine) — Returning her sister's charm and revealing her fate allows Yuni to move on (although she'll return as a ghost next year if the PCs don't break the Willowshore mindscape before then).
When a ghost is destroyed, it re-forms after 2d4 days within the location it's bound to, fully healed. A ghost can be permanently destroyed only if someone determines the reason for its existence and sets right whatever prevents the spirit from resting.
Void Healing — A creature with void healing draws health from void energy rather than vitality energy. It is damaged by vitality damage and is not healed by vitality healing effects. It does not take void damage, and it is healed by void effects that heal undead.
Frightful Moan (auditory, divine, emotion, fear, mental) — The ghost laments its fate, forcing each living creature within 30-foot emanation{30 feet} to attempt a DC 25 Will save. On a failure, a creature becomes Frightened 2 (or Frightened 3 on a critical failure). On a success, a creature is temporarily immune to this ghost's frightful moan for 1 minute.
Tiger Attack (divine) — Yuni cries out in pain as a ghostly tiger appears to rip and tear at her body, only for additional ghostly tigers to appear and do the same to all creatures in a 30-foot emanation. Creatures in this area take 4d6 slashing damage (DC 25 Reflex save).

WORKS WELL WITH

AnvilLANDA grounded bruiser holds priority targets within the haunt's range while this spirit's emanations hit the clustered party.
CrasherLANDA heavy striker finishes off targets already Frightened by the moan before they can recover.
FlankerLANDA mobile attacker exploits the disruption from the fear aura to land a clean flanking hit.

PUNISHES

✖ clumping✖ low Will saves✖ physical-only damage
This spirit is bound close to its haunt, so pairing it with allies that lure the party far away risks leaving it isolated.
