Status penalty to Fortitude saves (and Constitution-based checks, which the tracker does not separately model). Max HP is automatically reduced by level × value and restored when the value drops; current HP falls with it when first gained but is not restored on recovery (only clamped under the new, higher max).
This condition has a value: a higher value means a larger penalty.

Penalty type: status. Penalties of different types stack; identical types do not, only the largest applies.
