Repartee Riposte (emotion, mental) —
Void Healing — A creature with void healing draws health from void energy rather than vitality energy. It is damaged by vitality damage and is not healed by vitality healing effects. It does not take void damage, and it is healed by void effects that heal undead.
Parry Dance — The cadaverous rake makes a melee Strike, then Steps, positioning their blade defensively. They gain a +2 circumstance bonus to AC until the end of their next turn.
Shadow Rapier (magical, void) — The rake shrouds their sword in void energy, changing the damage type to void. This shadow-shrouded rapier has a reach of 30 feet. The effect lasts until the end of the rake's turn.

WORKS WELL WITH

AnvilLANDA durable frontline body draws the bulk of incoming Strikes, letting this duelist freely riposte and reposition without becoming the focus target.
SnareLANDA controller that keeps a target Off-Guard or restrained turns this duelist's finesse rapier into a much more reliable source of critical damage.
WeaverLANDA caster benefits from the tempo this duelist's Step-and-Strike pattern creates, since it rarely lingers in one place long enough to be an easy interrupt target.

PUNISHES

✖ static positioning✖ low Reflex✖ melee reliance
Avoid a second highly mobile duelist without frontline support; both skirmishers become easy priority targets the party can burn down quickly.
